There is a good article in iNaturalist about the differences between the two Nerite species. N melanotragus has a brown operculum but N atramentosa has a black one

Maybe a view of the underside with the operculum would help identify whether this is Nerita atramentosa or malanotragus

This does not look like Celllana tramoserica but may be a chiton (the grren band where it attaches makes that more likely) However the photo is too blurry to identify further.
