Hi Jane, There is a glitch in the system where photos are added but then not uploaded. I've also had this problem with my own sightings. I haven't proved it yet but I think it has something to do with selecting Add new sighting before the previous record is fully uploaded. Very annoying but I now make sure that View sighting is showing before I add a new sighting.
