Ring Tailed Poss is also in area but its dental arch appears more rounded (wider in relation to length) and its upper jaw does not have large gaps between teeth 3 to 6, as seen here, which are typical of Trichosurus.

These droppings were found at the base of a Red Box Gum Tree in my yard. I believe they belong to a Common Brushtail Possum which I heard recently.
