The short antennae exclude Orthoptera, Its glistening appearance suggest its aquatic. Could it be a dragongfly nymph. I will change it to Odonata so the appropriate moderator can look at it.

Yes, it is living in a dam and was photographed at the GPS location nearby.
I typed that in an additional information field but it got buried near the bottom of the screen.
